Castles and towers are real buildings too, but they were built by different people for different purposes, like defense or living space, and they don't have the same pointed pyramid shape used for Egyptian royal tombs.
The largest pyramid used more than two million heavy stone blocks, and people still study exactly how ancient builders managed to move and stack such enormous stones without modern machines.
