A mirror isn't perfectly neutral: stand between two facing mirrors and the endless reflections slowly drift toward one faint tint.
Real mirrors are not perfectly neutral reflectors, they reflect green light, around 510 nanometers in wavelength, very slightly better than red or blue light. This happens because the silver or aluminum coating used on the glass reflects different wavelengths with slightly different efficiency rather than treating the entire visible spectrum identically.
Calling a mirror pure white or saying it has no color at all is the intuitive answer most people give, since mirrors look colorless in everyday use, but that impression only holds for a single reflection, the tiny green bias is too small to notice until it compounds.
You can actually see this effect by standing between two mirrors facing each other, creating an infinite hall of reflections, each successive reflection loses a slightly different amount of each color, and the repeated small green bias becomes visibly stronger the deeper into the tunnel of images you look.
